[200206180100; JDK 1.4.0]

I installed today's build using the NB installer
and started it. It was supposed to reuse userdir
from the previous build (#20020617). Got a series
of Exceptions - ZipException: the system cannot
find the path specified.

IDE log attached.

Is it reproducible ? I`m not able to reproduce. Perhaps, race
condition ? Hardly to guess. If you are able to provide more info,
then please do it.

I`m helpless without more info and steps how to reproduce. Priority
decreased.

"space in path"?  JVM is trying to open jars using wrong paths

Marked as WORKSFORME (I don`t think that cause of the problem is "space").
