Changes in the WAR of an EAR Application don't get deployed anymore after working for a while and deploying multiple times successfully.

The Project started as a Maven Enterprise Application

I deploy with "Run" on Glassfish 4 (installed with netbeans)

I tried to fix this by turning "Build with Dependecies" in Actions for EAR on.

Still after Deploying multiple times while working on the project at some point changes in the  war don't get deployed anymore. It happens for very very small and bigger changes in code.

I have to right click the EAR and choose "Build with Dependecies" and then Run it.
This works. 

Same problem when trying to Debug.

I tried for some time now to find a pattern in which changes in code cause this.
I'm sorry to say it feels random.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
