Download a standard open source project, e.g. pkg-config. Try running ./configure script on remote host (with default SFTP transport). It can not be run since ./configure script lacs execute permissions.

Interested thing about that is that I was able to configure the project when creating it (in "simple" mode). Output window showed that "/bin/sh ./configure" was used instead of "./configure" when creating a project. But project properties contain "./configure", without /bin/sh.

So subsequent runs of configure failed.
