When user does Reconfigure Code Assistance from Output Window after Clean&Build activity => exec.log and build.log files are not updated. They also are not transferred from remote host for remote projects.

IDE updates one of files (exec.log or build.log). But both files should be updated. From Vladimir Voskresensky: bug should be reopened
