This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 232939, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

I can see in
http://statistics.netbeans.org/exceptions/exception.do?id=751680
that 32s are spent in a single attempt to open a ZIP file. We don't know how to speed that up, we consider it OS issue.
