Description dejlek 2014-09-12 10:20:23 UTC
It is *really* annoying when NetBeans brings the default DIFF view whenever I move from file to file.
I want it to remember when I use text DIFF, so when I move from file to file in the diff window NB shows the text diff by default, until I switch to the default view again.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0.1 (Build 201408251540)
Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.20-b23

I also find it very annoying NetBeans does not remember that I want to view text diffs.

Additional suggestion would be that you could completely disable one of them in your preferences as I never want to view the "normal" diff but always text diff as it is much easier to read and follow for me.
