I hope you already read how to "Configuring NetBeans IDE for C/C++/Fortran" in:
https://netbeans.org/kb/trails/cnd.html

Please provide additional info:
- screen short of tool collection properties (Tools-Options-C/C++-Build Tools)
- steps to reproduce the bug
- full build log (copy-paste from output window)
Reopen the bug.
