Shows the problem - application won't run

The current JavaFX "Application Signing" Test Cases fail because they do not match the strengthened security in Java 8u20.

Those test cases will need to be updated accordingly.

Modified the following 8.1 Synergy Test Specifications to reflect current Java Security behavior as it applies to self-signed "Run in Browser" and WebStart applications:
"JavaFX - Editor, Tasks, and Configuration"
"JavaFX - Application Signing and Project Properties"
