When committing files to the source repository I frequently review the diffs of each affected file to determine if there is anything I wish to include in the commit message.  The diffs are conveniently available by double-clicking on the filename in the 'Files to Commit' section.  It would be convenient if the commit message was available for editing when viewing the diff.

The simplest thing might be to pull the 'Commit Message' textarea outside of the tabs within the dialog so that it is available no matter which tab is selected.
