In the spanish version of Netbeans 7.4:
In the Design tab of a JPanel form (and others forms) when you right-click on the JPanel's form background appears "Diseño Previo" but "Preview Design" should be translate as "Vista Previa"

En la pestaña de los formularios Jpanel (y en otros formularios) cuando tu haces click con el botón derecho en el fondo del formulario Jpanel aparece "Diseño Previo" pero debería aparecer "Vista Previa"

No contributor now. Currently oracle translates and maintains only
ja, zh_CN, pt_BR and ru for entire IDE and es, it, de and fr just
for NetBeans platform. If someone wants to translate and update other
parts and languages, please let us know.
