This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 210506, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

/C:/Program%20Files/NetBeans%208.0%20Beta/cnd/update_tracking/org-netbeans-modules-cnd-remote-projectui.xml is corrupted, so this module (or your whole installation) needs to be deleted and reinstalled.
