Needs to check for each breakpoint considered whether the method for that breakpoint is specified; currently throws NullPointerException.

Pilsen (build 010117) and Netbeans (build 106)

NullPointerException is not thrown by now,
but Debugger.findBreakpoint(MethodElement) still
doesn't work (null is returned for existing
breakpoints).
