Hello. I found using of Netbeans 8.x very terrible. Netbeans 7.4 works good, but not 8.x. I tried versions starting from RC1 to stable one with last updates. I could list the most important bugs: - autocomplete not working - Go to declaration not working - Show function parameters not working - Sometimes Call stack shows only one depth of calls. - Sometimes Navagation doesn't shows functions on some files. This makes using of this version of Netbeans impossible. I did test it with Drupal7. I tried to clear Netbeans cache but it doesn't helps. Thanks, Yuriy.
Well, really strange since NB 8.0 has been tested and already used by _many_ users and no such report till now... Could you please try a clean/different userdir [1]? If it does not help, please reopen this issue and attach a sample project we can investigate, otherwise we cannot help you much, sorry. Thanks. [1] http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqAlternateUserdir
You likely noticed, but just to be sure - try to clean your cache directory (you maybe already did it, right?), see its location in Help > About. Or simply start with a new one using this parameter [1]. Thanks. [1] --cachedir <some/new/or/empty/directory>
Hello. After changing userdir and clearing cache NB started worked correctly. Thank you! P.S: Sometimes I see slownes on scanning projects.
