ClassElementNode should supply InstanceCookie with a default instance, so that people can copy and paste inner classes as ser/default. Only for static inner classes, though, otherwise it would not w
ork. Also, someone may try to copy the outer class node (rather than source node) by accident and be confused when it does not work.

Changing to an ehnancement & pushing milestone to 3.4. Not sure 
whether it won't be more approprate to wait for project 
reimplementation (there are other issues, like executor assignment 
for inner classes)
