Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201403130001)
Java: 1.8.0; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b69
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0-b129
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)


Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a project group that has a (quite) large Java Web App. Expand nodes until vertical scroll bar appears.
2) Change to another project group with small project (so the vertical scroll bar do not appear).
3) Change back to Java Web App project group: the nodes are expanded, but the vertical scroll bar is missing.

It is a clear UI issue - but I'm not sure where to post this bug for. So, I've posted into UI category.

Attached screenshot shows the window after hit the issue - notice the vertical scroll bar is missing, no matter what I do. Even collapsing all the nodes and expanding again doesn't makes vertical scroll bar to return.
