This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 232423, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

GUEST: JUST OPENED the IDE.

The dialog box always jumped recently, even after I updated the IDE till "your IDE is up to date", but the solution part says the issue has been resolved.

So this 7.4 beta IDE can not get the issue resolved version or update?
