Description in the password prompt window gets put into a scroll box, even when there is much unused space where it could display instead.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0 RC1 (Build 201402242200)
Operating System = Linux version 3.12-1-amd64 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_51

Please provide steps to reproduce, i.e. how to open that window and reopen, thanks.

The window appears when the main IDE window is loaded without any further action on the part of the user. This is on GNU/Linux. It might be to open a keychain/wallet on the system.
