netbeans-trunk-nightly-201402270001-windows.exe

NetBeans Plugins are unavailable because of inaccessible URL.

For instance go to Tools > Plugins > Available Plugins. Press "Check for Newest"

Error is reported:
"Unable to connect to the Latest Development Build because of Timeout while opening connection to http://deadlock.netbeans.org/job/nbms-and-javadoc/lastStableBuild/artifact/nbbuild/nbms/updates.xml.gz"

The similar message shows after installing a pluging on Available Plugins list:
"Networking problem in http://deadlock.netbeans.org/job/nbms-and-javadoc/lastStableBuild/artifact/nbbuild/nbms/extra/org-netbeans-modules-a11y.nbm"

"Check your proxy settings or try again later. The server may be unavailable at the moment. You may also want to make sure that your firewall is not blocking network traffic. Your cache may be out of date. Please click Check for Updates to refresh content."

At the same time Test Connection passed on Options > General tab therefore actually the proxy configuration is correct.

Raise priority to P2 due to it affects ME8.

The server deadlock.netbeans.org is accessible again so both files can be downloaded.
