Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201401020002)
Operating System = Linux version 3.11.0-15-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_51
Runtime = OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 24.45-b08

when I downlgoad plugins in one action with some files.  when it processes 80%. the connection to updatecenter is broken.

then I retry connect to updatecenter again, I still need to download from 0 for all files.

So, the better solution is, just restart at the point we got lost.
