I notices this behavior earlier today.

1. Open the Team "Get sources" dialog of team server: Team\Java.net\Get Sources
2. Hit Browse button of "Team Repository" entry
3. Switch to featured tab to see list of featured projects or search a project
4. Click to Highlight one of the listed projects (Notice OK button of dialog gets Enabled)
5. Click "Details" link label from the right bottom of the selected project,.... details of project is opened on external browser
6. Switch back to NetBeans,... notice OK button got disabled,.. though project is still selected/highlighted
