The help button in the JavaDoc Index Search window is not presenting any functionality.
I believe, when this button is pressed, it was suppose to launch documentation regarding the Index Search Window.

Steps:
1. Launch JavaDoc Index Search Window from Help\JavaDoc Index Search
2.  Hit the Help button from the top right edge of the window
3. Observe nothing happenes.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201402160001)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.9.1 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b69

the topic should mention if the search is case-sensitive
