org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; Premature end of file.

1. Deleted userdir & cachedir.
2. Started NetBeans and activated Options->Java->GUI Builder on panel and waited until done.
3. Went to Options->Keymap and switched from NetBeans to Eclipse.
4. Clicked the Apply button.
5. Switched back from Eclipse to NetBeans.
6. Clicked the Apply button.

This Exception occurred. See log file.
