When opening a terminal window inside the IDE, make the starting path the currently focused project root directory.

This enhancement was implemented in 8.1 (or even in earlier versions)

Use Alt+Shift+K (Open in Terminal) to open terminal at the selected node in the Projects(Files, Favorites) view.
