The "Toggle comment" radio buttons in Smarty do not activate the Apply button.

Changes to the check box and the last 2 fields in Symfony do not activate the Apply button.

Changes to the check box in Twig does not activate the Apply button.

There is no deactivation capabilities anywhere.

That is a radio button toggle in Twig, not a check box.

ok the Frameworks & Tools panel is merely a placeholder for 10+ different panels, so I will close this bug and file separate ones to keep track of individual changes. Thank you for the help in reporting.
