If all three code detectors are setup (Code Sniffer, Coding Standards Fixer, Mess Detector) and options are chosen and in place, changing from one detector to another activates the Apply button for no reason.

Changing options on Coding Standards Fixer does not activate the Apply button.

There is no deactivation functionality.
