Description Svata Dedic 2002-05-24 13:30:57 UTC
As tools may require their specialized settings to
be merged with the base ones provided by the java
module core implementation (or other
language/technology core support), the UI should
be able to adapt and accept those settings. Define
the protocol and extensibility patterns for
seamless integration of the custom UI.
Comment 1 Chris Ledantec 2002-12-05 13:28:34 UTC
where do you see this happening? i'm curios if you're refering to
something that needs to happen in the ui or in the underpinnings that
make it all work.

Actually, both. Maybe I should have filed that as separate issues and
accidentally I did something like that -- see issue #29367.
Comment 3 Chris Ledantec 2003-07-07 10:13:15 UTC
this has been resolved with the current round of recommended ui
changes. the revised spec will be forthcomming soon.
