Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201401020002)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.9.1 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0-ea
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b59

On Mac OS X, where applications are expected to use to global system's menubar (on the top of the screen), when NetBeans runs with dark LAFs, it uses the window menubar.

Screen menu bar is implement in Aqua look and feel only.
