When clicking on the expand icon under Views and Layouts, then clicking the expand icon on one of the items in the list, the resultant expanded list will not remain open. This behaviour also occurs on the Message Bundles item. This has happened after my IDE was updated to NetBeans 7.4 Patch 2 build 201310111528 Java: 1.7.0_25; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01 System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_AU (nb)
I'm sorry but I'm afraid I don't follow you in this one. What do you mean by not remain open? That you are not able to see any child of the expanded item? Could you take a screenshot of the problem if it anyhow helps me to understand what's the problem? Thanks in advance

I can see child elements of the expanded item, but, when I move the mouse to try and select one the list collapses. This problem seems to be intermittent. Netbeans was displaying this behaviour early today, but it is now working correctly. I did not restart netbeans or update it. I understand this may be difficult or impossible to recreate and may be just an issue related to my computer.
Thanks for clarification, I understand your problem now but I'm still not able to reproduce the problem. I guess it might be related to the issue 239825 which was already resolved. Would you mind to try to reproduce the issue in one of the latest daily builds [1]? Not completely sure, it might not help at all but it's hard for me to guess the problem without successful reproduction. Thanks [1] http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/
Closing as INCOMPLETE for now. I'm sorry but I cannot move forward without some additional information that will help me to reproduce the problem :( Feel free to reopen the issue if you find anything, that could help. Thanks!
No Problem. I couldn't reproduce it with one of the nightly builds either. I might reinstall from scratch.(In reply to Martin Janicek from comment #6) > Closing as INCOMPLETE for now.
