Created attachment 142842 [details] Thread dump Can't close editor window (with Java code). The problem is not random, it persists after restarts! Quick analysis of the stacks shows that there is some clash between initialization/removal of breakpoints.
Removing all breakpoints, restarting fixes the problem: editor windows can now be closed. Btw. to remove breakpoints I selected them all and pressed delete key - three breakpoints did not get removed! I had to use "Delete All" action to get rid of them. I guess these three were causing the deadlock...
What is the NetBeans version? This bug is in NB 7.4, but should be fixed by the patch 1.
