Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE in MDI
- open Tools | Options
- select some node with property type Color (or
another - have to Property Customizer)
- in global Properties Window invoke customizer
for this property
- change value and push Ok
-> value is changed and Properties Window is
refresshed and shows properties of node selected
in Explorer

I propose to close this as invalid because the content of the global
property sheet is based on which TC has focus. And after closing a
dialog in this case the explorer has the focus (is selected or
whatever you guys call it).
