This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 199928, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

The snapshot

shows time spend in rearranging UI components. Some of them do I/O operations during their initialization.

com.sun.java.help.search.SearchEnvironment.<init>()	1 066 ms (25,2%)
