Design UI for creating/adding and editing
resources that will be used:
- in compilation/execution/debugging/other
classpaths; more services may be defined by add-on
modules
- as documentation search items (roots)
UI for included libraries is already IMHO covered
by Issue #23823; it may be only needed to decide
how to represent them in the "owner" list of items.
We may need to design simple Wizards to locate the
resource and parametrize the usae (which
service(s) it is intended for).
