In Tools -> Options, go to Java -> Java Debugger -> Step Filters
When the options window has default vertical size on most laptops (~900 pixels screen vertical size), it's too small to show the whole list of stepping filters. The table lacks a vertical scroll bar and it's view is unnecessarily high, which makes a vertical scrollbar for the whole options window to appear, which is distracting.
