Local machine: Solaris 11.1 x86, NetBeans 7.4
Remote host: Solaris 10u11 sparc, OSS 12.3

Scenario:
- Add remote host
- Push "Create Remote C/C++ Project" button on toolbar
- Create Quote project
- Build and close project
- Push "Create Remote C/C++ Project" button on toolbar
- Select "C/C++ Project from Binary File" and press Next
- Select executable
- Press Next and Finish
==> IDE generates valid project
- Call Project Properties window
- Press Apply button
==> "Upgrade Project" dialog window appears
