Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01

see bug #191016, twice it happened that the comment was trimmed and not fully submitted to server

fixing the probable cause - mix of task refreshes and unsaved changes in editor. The usecase i found is:
1) add something to the comment are
2) save it
3) modify it further
4) refresh the task
5) now it seems no additional changes are accepted
