output window

There is no way to minimize the output window. There is not 'minimize' button. 

Screenshot is attached.

You have drag and dropped the Output window to a 'document' docking area which doesn't allow window minimizing.

Either drag it to a different location (note that the drop feedback rectangle will change its line style) or use menu Window - Reset Windows to put it back to its original location.
