This Bugzilla instance is a read-only archive of historic NetBeans bug reports. To report a bug in NetBeans please follow the project's instructions for reporting issues.
1. Open up a C/C++ project and right click on project name. 2. Choose Rename and rename the project and choose "Also rename project folder". 3. Click the Rename button. 4. Open up the project node and notice that duplicate Test Files and Important Files folders show. 5. Repeat and the folders keep duplicating. There are no duplicate folders on the system disk. Workaround: I don't know, they are still there after I restart NetBeans.
