Please remove javahelp topics and related helpset files in the following location:
java.helpset/javahelp/org/netbeans/modules/java/helpset/docs 

In addition to removing the html files, in each helpset there will probably be files with names similar to the following that should also be removed.

map.xml
toc.xml
helpset.hs
helpset.xml
package-info.java

Also, for each helpset there may be elements in the following files that reference javahelp. These references need to be removed.

layer.xml

Seems as a wrong component.
Java Platform is a JDK registry for the IDE and corresponding API.
