IDE log

Sometimes when IDE is started, I'm missing File part of main toolbar (icons new project, new file, open project and save all), the first icon in toolbar is Undo. If I right click on toolbar, the File category is missing so I cannot check it (the same if I try View->Toolbars from main menu). 

I also tried to Reset toolbars action, but no luck

Except of this missing toolbar, IDE seems to be working OK. I'm not using ergonomics.

All buttons appear if I manually add New Project button from Customize Toolbars
