New scene dialog

How to reproduce:
1) Create Project > Samples > Java ME Visual Designer > Simple Game Created with Game Builder
2) Open file "GameDesign.java"
3a) Now click on "Create scene..."
3b) Click on "Create tiled layer..."
3c) Click on "Create sprite..."
4) New dialog is opened and there is a red alert "Enter scene/layer/sprite name", this alert is hard to read on the dark background, choose some lighter color

Dark themes were moved to the NetBeans Update Center for NB 7.4
