Hello all...
I've just updated NB to Build 201308052300, and i cannot close in through usual way - i close it, then nb updater window shows for few seconds, and then NB start again, and again... I can close it only through task manager...

First of all : updating Dev builds is not supported. Second please provide your messages.log file from both starts and reopen. Thanks in advance.
