I think it is Java source debug issue.

Similar icon issues will be most likely resolved at once by "inverting" the icon in the "dark metal" way. See #233959 for more details.

If bug #233959 will solve this (or if a NetBeans developer using this debug facility will fix this for his/hers own good), that is fine. But generally this is not a user-level functionality, the support for it is very limited and I don't know about an easy way to fix the icons.
