Message displayed during 7.2.1 startup, right after uninstalling nightly

Quite similar to: Bug 233583 - "Installing newest nightly destroys completely existing stable 7.3 installation".

I've just did quick install & uninstall of newest nightly (Build 201308012300) over existing, working, stable 7.2.1 (Build 201210100934). After uninstallation of nightly and starting up 7.2.1, it turned out, that three plugins: "JIRA", "Bugzilla" and "Show path in title bar". See attachment.

No additional operation was done and 7.2.1 wasn't even started between installation and uninstallation of nightly, so there is a small change, that this problem was not caused by nightly, only by 7.2.1.

Attempt to activate these three plugins failed.

After uninstallation and reinstallation of "JIRA" and "Show path in title bar" plugins ("Bugzilla" can't be uninstalled) problem was solved. After IDE restart, I was automagically able to restart "Bugzilla".

I don't know, what's wrong, how to trace and reproduce this bug. But this is second time (after #233583) in last few days, that installing and uinstalling nightly somehow affects my stable installation of another version of Netbeans.

Finally I can reproduce this issue.

As was written.

1, Install 7.2.1, run it, install i.e. JIRA plug-in.
2, Install daily, run it, uninstall it.
3, Start again 7.2.1 -> Message saying that JIRA plug-in is not available.

Thanks a lot Libor for evaluation, I marked it as a regression. It has to be fixed ASAP.

Fixed in: http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/rev/3ba51ad1ac3c

I hope this fix solve all problems.

Please if you could verify, that next daily build uninstallation wont affect the previous installations.

Thanks

I'm sorry, I'm on vacation until end of this month. Someone else must validate & confirm this fix. Sorry.
