Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01

Background colors of description and comments are incorrect on dark lafs. bgcolor of JEditorPanes should be explicitely set. Maybe something as  http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/annotate/9c896a6299cd/o.n.core/src/org/netbeans/core/ui/ProductInformationPanel.java#l125 would do
