Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201307242300)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8.4 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01

A very minor point as this build has been working without any problems.  In 7.4 beta, the Mac magic mouse worked for scrolling both vertically and horizontally.  In this development release, only the vertical scrolling works.  Is this a feature that will be implemented in these development builds?

We don't handle horizontal scrolling in any special way, the runtime does it so I'm not sure if there's anything to fix.
Please try experimenting with various editor conditions - scroll bars (not) showing, focused/unfocused etc.
