Shows the issue

See screenshot. The plugin installation dialogs (f.e. the "not signed" and "installation complete" dialog) use inconsistent colors. 
Some labels have a dark background, some have a light background.

EXPECTED: unify the used background colors

Verified in 201307222300. Looks more unified now.
