In dark nimbus theme the installation completed window contains darker and lighter stripes (see screen shot). To reproduce:

- go to Tools > Options, select Miscellaneous and tab Windows
- choose new Look and Feel : Dark Nimbus
- restart IDE 
- go to Tools > Options, select Fonts & Colors
- choose new Profile : City Lights
- install some plugin and see finish page
