The issue link color is also affected.

In the screenshot https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=137260 you can also see that the several "list" items cannot be distinguished. There is a fine line as separator, but it is hardly to see.

Possibly a duplicate of #229770 - unless the foreground color is hardcoded in HTML text or in component's properties.

Please note that new JLabel("<html><a href="#">link text") works just fine.

It looks completely different in my build. What build are you using? Can you try with the latest one? In Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20130722-7375a4c11257) the links are much much lighter than on your screenshot.

should be long fixed in bug #231717. Please try in dev build and close if not reproducible
