Currently we have the "Fonts & Colors" top entry (with its proper icon) in the NetBeans "Options" window.

But now, we also have a "Look and Feel" option hidden under the top entry "Miscellaneous" and then under the "Windows" tab.

It would be great, in my opinion, to move this "Look and Feel" option to the top and merge it together with the "Fonts & Colors" options into a common "Themes, Fonts & Colors" option pane.
