Description host 2013-07-16 13:15:01 UTC
When using the Dark Nimbus theme the native OS X main menu toolbar is disabled and an own toolbar is used. In this toolbar the space between the single menu entries is much too small which makes the distinction between them harder to detect.

This issue is directly related to issue #232801.

Please compare the Dark Nimbus l&f with the regular Nimbus l&f and reopen if the Dark Nimbus theme has different font size in the main menu items, thanks.

Also a screen shot would be nice.

The regular Nimbus theme has the same issue. So where can/should I post this issue?

You can try reporting an error against JDK. But Nimbus is a cross-platform look and feel implementation so it looks more like a conscious design decision to me.
